30 Day Fresh Start
The 30 Fresh Start Plan will help you learn new healthy habits for LIFE!
This is an introductory plan which will give you the basics for changing your eating habits over a 30 day period. Perfect to kick start getting back in shape at any time of the year!
This plan is for EVERYONE. Women and men, all ages and stages of life.
Here are some things this plan can help you do:
- learn healthier eating habits for LIFE, so that your next years are your BEST years;
- learn how to shop, prep, and cook healthier meals, so that you and your family are on the road to better health;
- learn how to save tons of time by doing weekly meal prep, so that you have more time for the things you enjoy;
- learn how to control things like inflammation, “brain fog,” and other things that are brought on by the foods we eat (or don’t eat), so that you FEEL better every day;
- learn simple ways to combat menopause symptoms like hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings, and night sweats, so that your days/nights can be symptom-free; and lose some weight in the process!!
You will receive a meal planning guide, shopping guide, recipe list, exercise guide, and much more! This plan also includes weekly educational topics and emails to encourage and motivate you.
